Are your products UV stable? (Will my floor turn yellow?)

We only use Australias best epoxy resins. No cutting corners here. As a result, all the products we use are UV stable and will not yellow over time.

Can you give me a quote over the phone?

We typically prefer to inspect a job site before providing a quote. This is because surface preparation is one of the biggest factors that impact the quote. Epoxy is a liquid that can pool on uneven surfaces, additionally, a surface may need to be ground first. We are happy to give you an estimate per sqm but that will be a guide only, not a firm quote.

Whats the difference between Hyperflake and Ultraflake?

Hyperflake will give you that polished concrete look, while Ultraflake is probably what you've seen on most epoxy floors (paint flakes)

How slippery is the surface?

Several factors influence how slippery a surface is. A high gloss surface can be slippery when wet. To combat this, we can add ingredients that make the epoxy non-slip in line with Australian standards. You can choose a slip or non-slip epoxy finish.

Can you apply over existing tiles?

Yes. Our range of epoxy resins can be applied over many hard surfaces, including tiles. In most instances, the tile surface will need to be properly prepared to ensure the resin adheres to the tile. So if you’re wanting to refresh a bathroom or laundry tile floor, you can.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept, VISA and Master Card as well as EFT. For smaller jobs we also accept cash. (Due to COVID we currently prefere electronic payment)

Is it safe around pools?

Yes. Epoxy has been safely used around pools for many years. The UV stabilised resins won't yellow and are not impacted the chorines used in pools. Also, the addition of non-slip ingredients in the epoxy will increase safety.

What areas can you cover with epoxy?

Most hard surfaces can be coated, this includes concrete, tile, laminates and even metal. So with this in mind, we can do garage floors, any concrete floor within a home such as bedrooms, living areas, kitchens. And because we can apply over existing tile, bathrooms and laundries can be done too.

The best thing about expoy is that it is applied as a liquid so we can cover small areas within the home or vast spaces in industrial warehouses. We can do shop floors, driveways, around pools, paths and so much more.

Can you apply over timber?

No. Timber is one surface we don’t apply over. If you’ve got a wooden floor in your home, unfortunately, you can't cover it with epoxy. That goes for timber look click flooring too.

Can you supply epoxy for things like river tables?

Yes. We can supply a wide range of epoxy products. If you're, wanting to tackle a river table at home, we can provide a range of epoxy resins, tints and clear coats.

Can you supply DIY kits and installation instructions?

Yes. If you want to have a go at doing your own epoxy floor we can supply the right equipment for the job. We can also provide you with installation instructions.

What areas do you service?

We currently service the greater Brisbane area. This includes Brisbane, Ipswich, Sunshine and Gold Coast regions. For large projects, we can travel further. (Due to COVID we may be restricted from entering certain areas such as Northern New South Wales)

Do you grind existing surfaces or offer grinding?

Yes. We have specialist grinding equipmemnt that ensures your home is not filled with cement dust. In many instaces we are required to grind a surface as part of surface prepartaion. No dont take shortcuts.

If youre wanting to do youre own epoxy floor but need the surface prepared we do offer a grinding service. This will ensure your’re working with the best foundation, a poorly prepared surface will impact the final finish of any epoxy floor.

Do you have colour samples?

Sure do. We will be happy to bring samples to you when discussing your needs.

Do you offer other services?

Aside from Residential and Commercial epoxy flooring which includes bedrooms, living areas, bathrooms, patios, garages, driveways, office space, shops floors and large scale warehouses. We also offer full painting and roof restoration services with our sister company.

This relationship allows us to manage your job through a single point of contact. So if you want a floor done as well as other painting services, we can certainly help with that.

Do you do commercial premises?

Yes. Our epoxy flooring products can be applied to many spaces, from a couple of square meters to the largest industrial warehouse. Epoxy flooring is also great for shop floors and commercial office space.

If you own a small business, we can create a look that matches your vision. If you're a large business, we can deliver all your flooring needs including custom line marking for production facilities.

Can you do a strait colour or metallic marbling?

Sure can. We use quality epoxy flooring products from All Purpose Coatings. Their massive range of premium products allows us to create a vast range of styles. Including finishes from simple one colour floors through to high-end marble look styles and colours.

Additionally, we can create polished concrete looks as well as glitter floors that shine.

Do you do bench top epoxy restorations?

We can offer this service. We deliver bench top restorations in partnership with specialists who are skilled in applying epoxy to existing bench top surfaces.
